Our rural based positions, such as this one, offers the opportunity to expand your skills and fast track your career through gaining a breadth of experience that takes years to achieve in larger facilities. You will be well supported and have the opportunity to operate at the top of your scope of practice. Providing high quality, evidence-based care at an advanced and extended nursing level, you will have the autonomy to deliver flexible and responsive care, whilst working together with other health care professionals as part of the team. You will be a board endorsed nurse practitioner with extensive experience and qualification at master's level or equivalent in this specialty. You'll have a high level of confidence and clinical proficiency in carrying out a range of procedures, treatments, and interventions, can apply extended practice competencies within a scope of practice and critically appraise and integrate relevant research findings in decision making about health care management and patient interventions.
