The Nurse Manager role provides coordination and guidance in relation to nursing management practices by enabling and supporting operational and strategic organisational/divisional goals; supporting the Medical Outpatients in overall efficient and effective management, benchmarking, maintaining standards, and optimising patient/program outcomes.
