Lead, innovate, and drive success with new and existing clients and a dynamic team of 30+ employees.Hours: Monday to Friday 6AM-4PM.What you'll do:Collaborate with clients to fulfill labour needsMaintain a consistent workflow and accurate rostersPursue new work opportunities through existing and potential clients.Be actively involved in the recruitment process of hiring personnel.Travel for regular client and employee catch-upsDrive a positive safety culture and lead safety culture initiativesAttend regular team events to build team cultureProvide timely and accurate client quotesWhat we're looking for:Preferred - Trade Qualified Diesel Mechanic, Auto Electrician or BoilermakerExperience in NSW mining (Maintenance, scheduling or coordination)Proven leadership skillsCommitment to safety and qualityWhy work with us?We're progressive, innovative and evolving in line with market trends.
