About YouYou will manage all administration duties across the NSW Northern Region, including the Newcastle and Northern NSW Regions.
Based in Newcastle, this permanent role would suit a strong administration officer with solid time management skills.
The role is key to the region's success and business outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage all office administration duties, including organizing travel, accommodation, and maintaining the office.Raising POs & actioning Work Orders.Checking timesheets and updating Customer Portals.Staff Inductions Site Tasks and Safety Web Management Support.Receive incoming goods, manage parts & receive deliveries.Accounts administration, collections, and issuance of maintenance statements.Book accommodation for Field team members.Checking Field Incentive Plan payments.General administration tasks for the region and supporting NSW & Sydney Administration Departments as required.Key Working RelationshipsOperations ManagerService ManagerAccount & Sales RepresentativesLocal Representatives & MechanicsWhat You Will Need to Be SuccessfulPossess good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to customers professionally and on time.A recognized tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing would be preferred.Computer literacy with competency in analyzing spreadsheet data.A current driver's license.A result-oriented individual who is committed to delivering promised outcomes.Well organized with the ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks.Self-starter with a positive and proactive approach to managing tasks.Highly motivated to succeed in this role and progress at Otis Elevators.A team player who can build working relationships across field, management, and customer areas of the business.Apply Now and Help us Build What's Next.
