Remuneration: $34.46 - $35.54 Per Hour + Superannuation + Salary Packaging Employment Type: Permanent Part Time Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 3 Hours: 16 per week - flexibility offered Location: Muswellbrook Hospital (onsite) Requisition ID: REQ533437 Applications Close: Tuesday 7th January 2025 We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused VMoney Clerk to join our team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
You will prepare financial reports, manage correspondence, and ensure timely follow-up on tasks.
Key responsibilities include: Supporting data entry, recruitment, payroll, purchase requisitions, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with the State Records Management Act.
Auditing all VMO claims within a strict timeframe.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to build effective working relationships are essential.
