The Ambulatory Care Business Unit (ACBU) provides a centralized administrative workforce structure across various outpatient clinics.
The purpose of the ACBU is to ensure centralized processes amongst our outpatient services and to support our staff in providing the best care for our patients.
At the Respiratory and Sleep Medicine department RPA, our team of specialists and staff members are committed to providing the highest quality care and comprehensive medical consulting services for the investigation and management of all aspects of respiratory and sleep disorders.
We are dedicated to ensuring accuracy in diagnosis, up-to-date and evidence-based therapy, expediency in the management and follow-up of patients' conditions, while maintaining absolute confidentiality of patient information and providing a friendly and caring service.
Ideal Candidate Previous customer service experience with the ability to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence.Previous experience in an administrative setting and demonstrated ability to perform clerical duties.Practical experience with or understanding of Medicare billing in a public hospital.Benefits and Perks!
