What you'll be doing
The Administrative Officer, Nursing Executive will provide high level, comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Nursing Executive Team (and others as directed) within a busy, complex, confidential environment.
The role encompasses the need for excellent written and verbal communication skills, the need for initiative and analytical thinking skills, and the ability to problem solve across all aspects of the role.How to Apply

Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated excellent customer service skills applicable to a health-related environment. Demonstrated high level verbal communication skills to deal confidently and courteously with a range of health professionals. Demonstrated time management and organisation skills, showing attention to detail and high-quality outputs. Demonstrated ability to work under limited supervision and guidance to undertake a diverse range of tasks which may be complex in nature and require judgement in a high-volume work environment. Demonstrated ability to write reports, draft documents and correspondence both clearly and effectively. Ability to effectively utilise electronic document management systems, such as HPE, spreadsheets, and database software. Requisition ID: REQ534508
