As a CF Ambulatory Service Coordinator you will oversee the operational management of the CF ambulatory zone, supporting a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care for adults with cystic fibrosis in NSW. Your responsibilities will also include:
Managing daily operations of the CF ambulatory service. Supporting a multidisciplinary team, including nursing and allied health staff. Focusing on preventative care, early intervention, and treatment services. Ensuring seamless coordination across clinical and administrative functions. Playing a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. How to Apply:

Relevant clinical qualifications in a relevant health-related field and extensive recent clinical experience in a relevant field and/or experience in the management and planning of health services. Substantial, recent experience in management of multidisciplinary clinical teams, human resource management and demonstrated clinical leadership skills. High level communication and analytical skills including proven experience in the management of clinical activity and performance monitoring. Proven knowledge and experience of ambulatory and inpatient clinical service delivery and clinical practice models, and proven skills to efficiently plan and manage delivery of ambulatory clinical services. Proven ability to be self-directed, proactive and work autonomously with a high degree of initiative, able to prioritise work demands and achieve deadlines. Proven organisational planning ability. Knowledge and experience of quality processes and a commitment to the implementation of best practice and clinical service innovation.
