Currently, we are in search of a motivated and experienced individual to become a part of our team as a Project Management Associate.
This position is perfect for someone with a strong business foundation and practical experience, who is eager to collaborate with stakeholders and propel projects towards success.

About the Role • Project Management: Take charge of leading and overseeing various ANZ business excellence projects, guaranteeing that they are completed in a timely and successful manner.

• Stakeholder Management: Actively engage with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring that everyone is on the same page regarding project objectives and outcomes.

• Learning Initiatives Coordination: Support in coordinating learning initiatives and projects, including developing learning materials and managing learning platforms to enhance employee development.

• Internal Community Facilitation: Facilitate conversations and promote collaboration within the internal community, fostering a culture of constant learning and improvement.
Encourage employees to share knowledge and best practices to advance the organisation.

• Organisational Improvement: Continuously assess project management and learning processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of project activities, progress, and outcomes.
Generate comprehensive reports summarizing project results and successes for management review.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams and departments within the organization to ensure comprehensive project management and seamless coordination of efforts.

• Continuous Professional Development: Stay up to date with project management trends and best practices and actively seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.
Attend relevant workshops, conferences, and training programs to continually improve project management capabilities.

• Adherence to Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all project activities and initiatives adhere to relevant compliance standards and regulations, maintaining a focus on ethical business practices.

• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and proactively develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.

What you will bring to the role:
Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field.
Approximately 3 years of relevant work experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly and concisely.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.
Previous experience in developing and managing learning content and platforms is considered advantageous.
Proficient in technology usage with experience in implementing and utilizing various platforms and software.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to tackle challenges independently while finding effective solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills, adept at effectively engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
