The Role
We are seeking a passionate Supported Playgroup Coordinator to lead a weekly playgroup program for children aged 0-5 years.
This role focuses on fostering the development and wellbeing of both children and parents, while addressing barriers to participation and promoting inclusivity.
Working within a community development framework, you will collaborate with local stakeholders to promote the playgroup, build referral pathways, and create a supportive, accessible environment for families.
Selection Criteria
A relevant tertiary level degree and/or 2 years' experience.
Experience working with and facilitating 0-5 age groups, including program planning and case note writing.
Experience in building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
Knowledge of community development frameworks and best practices within the community sector.
Knowledge and interest in writing and developing social media and online content for program promotion.
Additional Requirements
Current NSW Working With Children's Check.
National Police check.
Current NSW Drivers License.
