Location: Cairns, Townsville, or Mackay - your choice! Position: Full Time, ongoing. Classification: Level 8, base salary from $108,713 - $132,871 (dependent on skills and qualifications). About the role As the People and Culture Manager at Northern Queensland Primary Health Network (NQPHN), you'll lead innovative human resources (HR) strategies and foster a high-performing, values-driven culture. This pivotal role supports NQPHN's mission to develop a thriving workplace where our people, providers, and partners achieve their best outcomes.
What you'll do Develop and implement a people strategy aligned with organisational goals. Lead the People and Culture team to deliver results through collaboration and innovation. Your skills and experience Degree in Human Resources and at least five years' experience in a senior HR leadership role. Proven ability to drive positive, values-based organisational culture. Skilled in managing change and building strong, effective teams. Expertise in HR strategy, policy development, and employment law.
