About the Role
Northside Kia Nundah (part of Eagers Automotive) currently has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is responsible for guiding customers through the buying process with exceptional service and helping them find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs. No prior automotive sales experience? No problem! Full training and support will be provided to the right candidate.
To help you meet your monthly sales targets, you will:
Be a genuine, friendly, and authentic individual with a passion for customer service. Present yourself professionally, in both attitude and attire. Build strong relationships with customers, getting to know their lifestyle and needs. Be proactive in maintaining connections with customers and potential leads. Follow and understand the sales process, valuing each step to deliver results. About You

While previous automotive sales experience is valued, we welcome applications from those with a background in sales or customer service who are eager to take on a new challenge.
You will ideally possess:
Sales experience, particularly in vehicles (desirable but not essential). Self-motivation and goal-oriented drive. The ability to meet KPIs and thrive under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. A willingness to obtain or current possession of a Motor Vehicle Sales Licence.
