The AU AMZL Procurement team are looking for a Non-Inventory Receiver with a strong record of achieving results to join the expanding team supporting operations leaders and associates in delivering strong operations results within our sort center. Non-Inventory Receiver roles may include duties as needed: ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks. Non-Inventory Receivers will also be responsible for communicating instructions to other associates, motivating them, and keeping their work areas safe.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesOperating different PIT equipmentLoading/unloading trucks of non-inventory materialMoving and storing pallets in the designated areasOrganizing and maintaining adequate stock-levels of site consumablesAccurately performing system inputs that reflects the received items (data entry into Coupa)Researching and troubleshooting non-inventory shipmentsSupporting in payment inquiries from account payable (AP) team, the supplier or other stakeholdersPerform daily cycle counts for the items in stock, do inputs in the designated platforms and shared spreadsheetsSubmit daily quality reports in the designated platformsWorking with Site Service Vendors to make sure the service level agreements are metPromptly raise flags to SPO/SPOC teams and leadership whenever risk is identified that affects material availability, quality and/or safetyActing as the site consumables POCMonitoring and leading team of associates to perform the required activitiesContribute in, and lead the assigned activities by SPO/SPOC/Category management to deliver shipping-supplies initiatives and projectsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experienceHigh school or equivalentWork a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidaysCan lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reachForklift licensePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS1+ years of Amazon Amnesty Floor Monitoring experienceAcknowledgement of CountryIn the spirit of reconciliation, Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
