Position Overview:
Currently, we're on the lookout for a devoted and dynamic Childcare Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor who will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enriching the daily operations of our centre. The ideal candidate will champion a nurturing and engaging environment while ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and guidelines. This centre is newly opened and we are looking for the right person to come in and manage the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide robust leadership and guidance to our team of passionate educators and support staff. Cultivate a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning atmosphere for children. Design and implement innovative curriculum programs fostering holistic child development. Foster strong relationships with parents and families, promoting open communication and collaboration. Manage administrative duties such as budgets, enrollment, and staff development. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, maintaining exemplary health and safety standards. Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Demonstrated experience as a Centre Director or in a similar leadership capacity within a childcare setting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with and dedication to the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework. Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities. Current First Aid, CPR, and WWCC. What We Offer:
