Subfamily Description
This position will be part of the Global Mobility Leadership Team. You will be the Global Mobility Region Leader on all Global Mobility service offerings.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN As part of the team, you will:
Ensure global mobility success across the region, focusing on an integrated exceptional mobility experience by liaising with GM Program Managers and CPO Stakeholders on improving and enhancing the program, policies, and processes, i.e., tax, immigration, compensation approach, relocation specific to the region. Draw on your extensive global mobility experience to support GM Partners and Business groups by collaborating, coaching, and advising on solutions for complex mobility queries. Partner with senior mobility assignments/relocations to your region. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders regionally and globally where applicable. Contribute to improved working methods and service offerings in support of Business needs and regional legislative frameworks, working collaboratively with Business, GM, and other CPO/CFO stakeholders, leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Provide support on regional and global Global Mobility projects. Liaise with vendors serving the region, ensuring a sound vendor partnership to create a seamless experience for our Assignees/Relocatees. Ensure global mobility compliance and governance in the region are maintained. KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Bachelor's degree but Master's degree preferred. At least 7 years' Global Mobility experience in end-to-end international assignment and permanent transfers/relocatee management. External supplier and mobility ecosystem experience are also required. Proven knowledge and experience of mobility frameworks such as taxation and immigration. Demonstrated communication skills. Ability to lead collaboration with other teams and all levels of employees globally. Global mobility accreditation is preferred. Experience in MS Office & HR assignment management systems preferred (particularly APRO). Drive for Results. Interpersonal Savvy. Priority Setting. Motivating Others. Decision Quality.
