Job DescriptionWe have an opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Night Manager to join our Front Office Team on a full-time basis. The Night Manager will ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations during the overnight shift and manage the Front Office operations across reception, reservations, and audit in the absence of other Hotel Management.
In this role you will:
Conduct night audits, ensuring financial transactions and reports are accurate.Oversee the nightly operations of the hotel, managing any guest requests or complaints which may arise during the night including emergency situations, medical issues, fire alarms, or security concerns.Ensure the hotel meets or exceeds its key performance indicators (KPIs) related to RPS, NPS, and Loyalty; maintaining our reputation as a market leader in individualized customer-focused service in the hotel locality.Monitor all Very Important People (VIPs), special guests and their requests to ensure their needs are met and loyalty is maintained. QualificationsWhat are we looking for?
Hotel Front Office Experience: Proven prior experience in a Front Office leadership capacity.Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Effective leadership abilities, collaborative teamwork, and excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages being a benefit.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and find solutions with a guest-focused approach, creating memorable experiences for our guests.Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of Brisbane, particularly South Brisbane, and ability to recommend attractions and activities.Flexible Availability: You will be required to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Unlimited working rights in Australia a must.
