As a Night Auditor at The Star Grand Hotel, will be responsible for the overnight operations of the hotel while continuing to deliver outstanding service to our guests.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections as one of the first and last interactions our guests will experience.
A few of your responsibilities:  Complete the registration of guests details upon check in Securing payment Issuing of room keys Addition of relevant charges to guests accounts Respond to reservation requests in an efficient manner What we are looking for: Extensive guest service experience in Front Office with night audit experience highly regarded Confident in issue resolution, problem solving and decision making Good computer skills with knowledge of property management systems (Opera highly regarded) Outstanding presentation and communication skills Flexibility to work across a night roster from 11pm - 7:30am About you: As a seasoned expert in customer service, you understand the essence of delivering world-class service. With exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude, you're poised to excel in this role.
