Job Description At Novotel Perth Langley, we are seeking a dynamic people person who has a keen eye for detail to join our Front Office Team as a Night Auditor on a Full-time basis.
You will: Assist the Night Manager in preparing all overnight reports & cross checking and balancing of daily transactions for all outlets.Maintain accurate guest accounts and provide precise, helpful informationProvide efficient service for guest registration and departureOffer and maintain highest level of customer service to the guests at all timesEnsure safety of all guests and employees Carry out tasks as specified on Night Auditor checklist Qualifications Have a good level of computer literacy - Excel and Opera CloudBe analytical and possess an eye for detailAble to maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safetyAdaptable with a guest centric mindsetMust have previous experience in a similar roleFlexibility to work overnight shifts.
