Ngadju Native Title Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC (NNTAC) is the Prescribed Body Corporate (PBC) for the Ngadju People of the Goldfields Region of Western Australia.
The Ngadju Native Title determination is one of the largest in Australia.

The General Manager, Strategy and Projects, is responsible for developing and coordinating strategic initiatives across Ngadju Country and the broader Goldfields Region, including the identification and development of new commercial opportunities, revenue-generating initiatives, strategic partnerships, and building commercial capabilities.
This role has a key focus on identifying and developing commercial opportunities, including engaging and negotiating with stakeholders, mining companies, independent advisors, public sector agencies and industry/community/interest groups.
What you will bring to the role: Extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic opportunities with a proven record in achieving positive outcomes in the generation of revenue from commercial and other activities.
Business acumen with sound financial management, modelling, budgeting, and program management experience.
Experience in developing and reviewing strategies, policies, project plans, and reports.
Capable of driving outcomes while effectively involving stakeholders throughout the process, fostering collaboration and buy-in.
Strong time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate and present solutions, ideas and recommendations.
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Essential Requirements: Tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience in business, finance or a related discipline.
Ability to build relationships with all levels of the organisation.
Advanced self-organisation and motivation skills with a high degree of resourcefulness and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills and confidence delivering ideas and opportunities with regard to specific audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work with limited direction and to initiate and set priorities and undertake new tasks quickly.
Sound understanding of confidentiality.
Proficient in the use of technology, including MS Teams and MS Office.
Current WA 'C' class licence.
Current Police Check (or ability to obtain).
Desirable Criteria: Previous experience delivering commercial or community solutions in a not-for-profit or community organisation.
Previous experience working with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander People.
