The Role We are looking for Commercial Lawyers with 3 – 7 years experience to join this leading National firm.
Your role will be varied and rewarding advising both NFPs and private clients across corporate and commercial matters, including non-for-profit M&A for clients in the for-purpose area, health, aged care, disability, housing and community sectors.
You will work with a Doyles recommended Partner across everything from structuring advice, commercial and operational advice, M&A through to providing advice at the board level.
You will have the chance to grow and nurture your network of not-for-profit sector relationships and combine your commercial acumen and social conscience.
