ROLE OUTLINE The role of the Performance team within Wavemaker is to deliver the highest excellence in Implementation Planning and Buying, spanning Social, Search, Programmatic and E-Comm, powered by data, technology, and automation, ensuring client campaigns are executed and amplified in an effective, efficient, and future facing way.
The role of Director within the Performance team is to lead, with overall responsibility for the direction, workflow and quality of Implementation Planning and Buying for the client team.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Experience leading a teamPassion for Search, Social, Programmatic, E-Comm, Data and Tech, with extensive agency experienceStrong, up to date, media landscape knowledge (confidently able to articulate macroeconomic and consumer trends and forecast challenges/opportunities for clients).Highly skilled communicator, with excellent presentation skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the patience to examine detail and create solutions.Collaborative and astute - able to build trust and respect within a network.First class negotiation skillsResults Driven. Passionate about delivering business results for clients, with the ability to identify and clearly articulate what's working and why.WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: In 3 months: Established collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders and internal reports.A strong understanding of and can clearly articulate the agency and group proposition, core Performance processes and our way of working.Immersed yourself in the team with an understanding of the status of all active and upcoming campaigns.In 6 months: Demonstrated your ability to deliver on all aspects of the role in an efficient, effective and proactive way.Strengthened your key stakeholder relationships to deliver great teamwork consistently.Leading the Performance processes for the team's clients from end to end, ensuring that your manager and wider team are regularly updated.In 12 months: Taking on greater ownership for campaigns and clients – responsibility and volume.Building strong relationships with publishers, representing the Wavemaker team appropriately and ensuring that campaigns are delivered to the highest quality.Elevating your impact and influence within the business, with demonstrable benefits for the agency and our clients.Working at Wavemaker Inclusive policies:
