Our Next Step service is continuing to grow and we're looking for an enthusiastic Manager to join our multidisciplinary team overseeing mental health professionals. Marymead CatholicCare is pioneering an Australian first program and has seen overwhelming demand for this service. As such we are looking for a manager to join the program and oversee the Next Step team.
The Role The Allied Health Services Manager will be responsible for the full suite of Next Step services including intake, low intensity coaching and high intensity psychological services. This involves overseeing all aspects of the service delivery of the program and ensuring contractual obligations are met; managing and supporting staff and liaising with various stakeholders. The role includes working closely with key stakeholders such as training providers and coordinating co-location arrangements. Key responsibilities include:

Ideal person The ideal person we are looking for has:
Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing or Occupational Therapy and full registration as a Psychologist through AHPRA, AASW.Demonstrated experience delivering therapy to adults, youth and/or children with mental health concerns.Commitment to and proficiency delivering evidence-based practice.Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to supervise, develop and manage a team.Accreditation in Mental Health Social Work, Nursing, Occupational Therapy.At least 3 years of management experience within a clinical team.Trained in delivering CBT interventions.You will also be required to undergo a National Police Check.
