About the Role: You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and operational support.
Key responsibilities include:
Operating the point-of-sale system for various services, products, and lottery ticket sales.Informing customers about lottery games, prizes, and promotions.Assisting customers with inquiries.Maintaining a clean and organized store.Stocking shelves and monitoring inventory.Assisting with setting up displays for promotional catalogues.About You: We are looking for individuals who demonstrate dedication, attention to detail, and a desire for personal and professional growth.
Desired attributes include:
Proficiency in delivering excellent customer service.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Attention to detail and accuracy.Requirements: Enthusiasm for merchandising and customer service.Availability for a minimum of 32 hours per week, including early morning shifts on weekdays, with weekend work as needed.Applicants with Newsagency experience and knowledge of lottery ticket sales, prizes, and promotions will be highly regarded.
