About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to take on the crucial role of Quality & Risk Manager. This position focuses on ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining accreditation requirements. If you have a passion for excellence in healthcare and a strong background in quality assurance, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate quality improvement projects and accreditation processes.Monitor and evaluate clinical and operational practices to ensure compliance with standards.Develop and review policies and procedures to align with current regulations and best practices.Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify improvement opportunities.Provide training and support to staff on quality and safety initiatives.Collaborate with hospital leadership to maintain a culture of continuous improvement.About YouTo excel in this role, you will bring:
