The Opportunity We seek a dynamic and experienced Program and Experience Lead to lead and support regional functions like Rostering and Allocations, Workforce planning, HR, risk, and IT, with Service Delivery, ensuring efficiency and collaboration on ground with both customers and staff, and facilitation of positive and productive relationships between our head office teams and our frontline employees.
Your role will involve: Lead frontline teams, ensuring clear communication and shared goals. Identify skill gaps for capability uplift programs. Align rosters with operational demands, preventing conflicts. Address staffing challenges to meet business needs. Mentor teams, ensuring policy compliance. Supervise staff and volunteers on complex tasks. Implement procurement and finance policies smoothly. Balance budget and resource needs. Build strong networks with stakeholders. Coordinate service delivery with corporate initiatives. Work with corporate services like Finance, IT, and WHS. Manage cross-functional challenges. Ensure compliance with legislation and standards. Lead quality improvement initiatives. Compile accurate reports on service delivery and compliance.
To be successful in this Program and Experience Lead role, candidates must have the following: A relevant degree or equivalent experience in business, human services, or a related field. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing operational alignment between corporate and service functions. Ability to manage and plan work autonomously and exercise judgment in problem-solving and decision-making. Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with legislation, compliance, and quality standards relevant to service delivery and corporate operations.
