Gardner Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to join our high performing sales team.

Based in our highly successful Geelong franchise, the New Home Sales Consultant will provide honest, authentic and professional service to new customers, with the intention to convert initial sales enquiries to contract signings.
Run by the same Franchise Owners for the past 15+ years, you'll be joining a highly successful team that focus on building high-quality homes including standard designs through to flexible design new homes.
We have several display homes in the region, including our beautiful liveable design standard display home located in Leopold where you will work on a rostered basis.

Key Accountabilities:
Facilitate the purchase of new homes from initial inquiry to signed construction contract Ensure all clients have a smooth journey up to and including site start Complete all sales documentation to an acceptable standard Meet and exceed monthly sales and sales signed targets Assist the day-to-day running of our display home Establish new sales networks to assist in increasing sales opportunities Accurately record lead details into the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Support strategic marketing campaigns in line with sales and overall business objectives Continuously promote our services Manage and prioritise tasks and duties assigned to you What you will bring:
Proven experience in the sales industry, ideally within the residential building sector Any house design experience is beneficial but not essential Strong sales skills in areas such as, but not limited to, networking and prospecting, closing techniques and qualification questioning Excellent negotiation, consultation, verbal and written communication skills An ability to build rapport quickly and easily with a range of stakeholders (both internal and external) High attention to detail and a high level of resilience Natural affinity with our values: Act with Integrity, Practice Empathy, Strive to be better, Succeed through Collaboration If you're interested in developing your sales career whilst working for a national industry-leading home builder and learning from the best, then this is your opportunity.
