NEW HOME SALES CONSULTANT - HOME BUILDER - SOUTH WEST SYDNEY What's On Offer Award Winning Builder with highly attractive commission structure starting at 1.2%Regular company social and community eventsOngoing reward and recognition programmes Overview Of The Company / Role Head Office based Gregory HillsAward winning major home builder established for over 20 yearsEmploying approx. 130 staff building 500 homes per yearCurrently looking for an experienced Sales Consultant in their Cobbitty Display (3 homes on display - 2 that have won HIA Awards)As a Sales Consultant you will be servicing clients across KDR, Greenfield and House & LandWorking with a highly experienced management team (Sales Manager and Business Development Manager), you will have a good support structureIn addition, there is a dedicated marketing team that are currently prioritising the Cobbitty areaSalary $65k + Super + 1.2% commission paid on depositOpportunity to increase commission to 1.5% once you have a steady run rate of 3+ sales per monthAlso includes mobile phone and laptop Key Responsibilities My client is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to facilitate the entire sales process whilst providing an exceptional customer experience. This role includes prospecting, engaging, servicing, and selling to prospective clients who are looking at purchasing contract homes (either KDR or Greenfields Estates) and House and Land Packages. Duties to include: Engage with prospective buyers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.Conduct tours of display homes and communities, highlighting features and benefits.Assist buyers in selecting the perfect home design and floor planCollaborate with the construction team to ensure timely completion of homes and customer satisfaction.Manage the contract and closing process, including negotiations and paperwork.Follow up with clients post-closing to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
