As the New Estates Consultant, you will play a key role in creating a unique client experience by engaging in quality conversations with the public. You will use quality questioning skills to obtain vital and critical information required to administer estates in the best interest of the client.
Duties Communicate information to callers regarding State Trustees' products and servicesSeek information from callers & other parties about the deceased's personal, financial and legal affairsIdentify & action opportunities to promote products and servicesConduct follow-up, research and analyse results to assess acceptance of estate workCreate, update and maintain client dataProvide information on other State Trustees products to align with marketing campaignsMaintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions into our CRM systemCollaborate with Team Leader and other departments inclusive of marketing and other estate management teams to develop strategies for attracting potential clientsSkills & Experience Ability to build rapport with potential clients to understand their requirements and guide them through the decision-making processAbility to convert phone leads and inquiries into State Trustees clientsUtilise effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into contracts and potential future revenueProvide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey to ensure satisfaction and referralsAbility to read, interpret, apply and explain relevant legislation, policies and proceduresProfessional communication skills, with the ability to deal sensitively with distressed or emotionally sensitive callersSound analytical skills and computer literacy including competent use of Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of deceased estate administration and Wills will be highly regardedProven experience in sales or client conversion, preferably within a similar sector though not essentialEmployee Benefits Our people's wellbeing is important, and we are proud to offer the following benefits:
