Job Description
To manage, lead and develop the New Business team to enable them to provide a professional, personal and empathetic service to all ClearView customers internally and externally. Responsible for the proficient workflow management and achievement of the teams service standards.
Primary (Key) Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop the New Business teamManage, monitor and control workflow and escalationsMonitor qualityIdentify process improvementsProvide technical expertise to support the team with complex applications.Work as part of cross-business project teams implementing new systems/proceduresAct as point of expertise for team members and other business units Secondary Responsibilities Support Manager, Life Operations in delivering an effective service to all customers internally and externally.Implement processes and procedures within the Team focused on delivering high levels of serviceEnsure team delivers and/or exceeds against published service standards for both productivity and qualityDay to day management of the team including leave, rosters and performanceMonitor and analyse statistics and outputsProvide management with performance reports for team.
