Job Description Public Cloud Engineer 12 months with 6 months option to extend!Location – ACT, flexible work arrangement can be discussed Australian Citizens with current NV1 Security Clearance Infinite Consulting is seeking an experienced Public Cloud Engineer for our esteemed Large Federal Government Client.This is a long term contract with 12 months initial term and 6 months option to extend, based on funding and approval.About the role: As the Public Cloud Engineer you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Azure Cloud Foundational services and platform components to enable data products being delivered for the Client.Key roles and responsibilities will be: Hands on experience in designing, deployment and management of Azure IaaS and PaaS services; Hands on experience in implementing hybrid networking with Azure cloud; Experience in configuring Azure logging and monitoring for IaaS and PaaS workloads; Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions on the Azure platform; Managing and monitoring cloud infrastructures to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency; Automating cloud deployments and configuration management using Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and ARM templates; Providing technical support and guidance to stakeholders on cloud-related issues; Developing and maintaining documentation for cloud architectures, procedures, and training materials; Facilitating the migration of legacy systems to the Azure cloud platform; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services with business processes.Skills and experience: Seasoned practitioner with specific qualifications or industry training (Bachelors or above) or relevant industry experience of more than 5+ years, Relevant Industry experience.Experience in ICT infrastructure and ICT services.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work in an agile team environment.Submission Requirements: Initial term: 12 months Extension: 6 months extension option Clearance: Australian Citizens with NV1 clearance Submission deadline: 21/05/2024 If you are interested in finding out more about the role, apply today or contact Varsha on 02-6257 8888 for a full assignment brief.
