Benefits offering: Flexible working arrangementsCompetitive salary and benefitsOn-site parkingA purposeful, connected cultureNetwork & Systems Administrator Reporting into the Head of Information Technology, the Network and Systems Administrator is responsible and accountable for the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of IT systems and the networking infrastructure to ensure a high level of availability, reliability and performance, as well as implementing industry standard security controls, endpoint & identity protection and backup / restore / disaster recovery strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support, planning and delivery of new and existing solutions within the current environmentInstall, configure and maintain IT infrastructure including OS patching, backup/restore operations, firewall management, incident, and vulnerability responseProvide network administration, support, and troubleshooting of firewalls, WAN, and LAN technologiesMonitor and manage resource usage, undertake capacity planning, optimise the network environment, provide reports on network performance and security incidentsAssist with administration and troubleshooting of enterprise applicationsAssist with and perform software upgrades and installationsCreate scripts for automation of common tasksOversee Azure identities and governance, configure and manage virtual networking, monitor and back up Azure resourcesWork with LLL vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues, configure, and maintain the LLL systems and networksMaintain network documentation, work within the change management systems for planned outages and emergency changes and undertake post incident review and report any significant unplanned outagesDefine and implement secure networking solutions between on-premises data centres and public cloudImplement and support infrastructure automation tools. Develop and maintain software solutions/scripts to support automation of IT systems configuration and administrationKey Requirements: Strong Microsoft 365 experienceExperience in administration and troubleshooting a variety of cloud network technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS)Experience with Networking equipment including Routers, Switches, Load Balancers, DNS and Next Generation FirewallsSystems and network administration experience (patching, scripting, monitoring etc)Experience with routers, switches, load balancers and firewallsExperience with SaaS applications such as SharePoint and TeamsExperience with AzurePowerShell scripting experienceAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.To apply please click apply or call George Bailey on for a confidential discussion.
