About the role
Provide operational network (WAN/LAN/Firewall/Load-balancer) Incident, Change and Problem management technical support
Awareness and adherence to Fujitsu's service delivery processes and methods
Address problems and issues that have a major impact on business units.
Work cross-functionally to accomplish overall objectives.
Others as determined from time to time.
About you
Sound experience in LAN/WAN/Security/Application Load Balancing
Several years' experience in enterprise scale LAN and WAN Infrastructure
Experience in vendor/outsourcing environment
Good skills in Network Technologies Routing / Switching (core and high-ended Data Centre devices), Firewall management (Cisco, Check Point), Load Balancers (F5).
Good skills in networking Routing, Switching, Firewall management, Load Balancers
Good skills in Cisco LAN/WAN, Check Point Firewalls and F5 Load-balancers
Experience using Enterprise class Service Desk and Operational Management, monitoring tools and processes to deliver IT support services
Troubleshooting, Incident management and Change management disciplines are essential.
ITIL Service Delivery and Service Management to foundation level
Must hold AGSVA CLEARANCE!!
