network, systems, cloud, etc.
)Maintain system health and performance through proactive maintenance and patching activities across infrastructurePerform configuration and administration of infrastructureContribute to processes and review their application to ensure that the controls, policies, and procedures are operating effectivelyFollow and enforce ITIL aligned incident, request fulfilment, problem and change management process for any changes required on customer's networkSkills & QualificationsTertiary qualification in information technology or similar field (desirable)ITIL Foundation Qualifications and suitable vendor certifications preferredAt least 3 years of experience in IT engineering / operations or similar fieldMeraki – Experience implementing, supporting, and maintaining of Meraki Security Appliances, Switching and Wi-FiNext Generation Firewall (NGFW) - Experience implementing, supporting, and maintaining firewalls vendors such as Palo Alto and/or FortinetNetworking (Routing/Switching/Wireless/SD-WAN) – Experience implementing, supporting, and maintaining vendors such as Cisco and/or ArubaInterested but don't meet every item listed above?
