The ADFHSC provides integrated and seamless end-to-end health support to 85,000 Australia Defence Force (ADF) personnel across 52 facilities. The associated integrated workforce provides health services such as primary and occupational healthcare, specialist services, facilitation of inpatient hospital admission, dental care, physiotherapy, mental health and psychology services, pharmacy, occupational and vocational rehabilitation, pathology, imaging and radiology, patient transport and health administration.Ensuring the "sufficiency" of Medical Specialists and Allied Health Providers that deliver specialist services remains a key strategic priority of the Australian Defence Force Health Services Contract (ADFHSC).The objective of the role is to lead initiatives to support the Bupa Network Partnership Team develop and maintain a sufficient, commercially sustainable network that delivers high-quality patient care and client experience. The Network Partnership Recruitment Lead will be responsible for generating and utilising a wide range of data-driven insights to strategically source and recruit suitable health care personnel to the ADFHSC network.How will I help?Identifying network insufficiencies, and sourcing, engaging, and negotiating provider rates with suitable providers to ensure a sufficient network of providers that will support the provision of health care services to ADF members.Develop and maintain reports to share meaningful data insights to inform recruitment activity and network performance.Support the development and continuous improvement of monthly and quarterly KPI reporting and insights.Promote the use of Bupa's Referral and Booking System to facilitate timely delivery of clinical reporting and payment of invoices.Use a variety of sources such as local networks, online platforms/resources, and in-depth analysis of industry and organisational data to identify potential providers wanting to join the Bupa network.Conduct recruitment processes that deliver consistent, high-quality recruitment outcomes (e.g. approval, selection, negotiation, and offer).Monitor recruitment activities, performance measures and other network optimisation activities related to Bupa ADFHSC roles.What do I need?Desirable 2 years' experience in a Recruitment environment that involves contract negotiation.Ability to use data to inform recruitment strategies.Strong influencing and negotiation skills.Strong administrative and time management skills.Ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments across a range of disciplines.High attention to detail.Proven ability to meet and exceed turnaround times (SLA's/KPI's).Strong written and verbal skills.This is a Security Cleared Position.
