Role Overview Full time condensed 3-day week (Tues, Sat, Sun OR Fri, Sat, Sun).
These are 12.5 hour shifts.
This is a NOC environment that will suit a Network Administrator with enterprise experience.
Responsibilities As part of a global Network Operations Center (NOC) team, provide Tier Two NOC support.
Primary responsibilities include administering, maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting our clients computer networks.
This also includes large scale network installations, special projects and platforms.
Additionally this position is responsible for the successful Service Transition of new or changed network services support by the NOC received from Tier Three Network Engineering build teams.
Participates in Major Incident Management activities, identifying network performance issues and trends.
(e.g., Identifies failing network components, reviews firewall for blocks, tracing of network traffic).
Coordinates resolution activities with IT groups across systems and platforms (e.g., Availability Team), so they occur in sync Ability to create, review and interpret network diagrams, documentation, including policies and procedures.
What you'll bring Strong network experience within a financial organisation or a large, enterprise environment.
This includes complex incident management Experience with Infinistream Sniffer, APCON, and other packer analyzer's Advanced knowledge of Cicso IOS, Nexus OS, Juniper, Cisco ACI, F5, WAN, DNS, DHCP, IPSEC, AWS, etc.
Platform knowledge of Cisco platforms, Juniper routers, Palo Alto Firewall, etc.
Extensive BGP & OSPF knowledge Ability to remain calm while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong written, presentation & verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certificate Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certificate What's on offer Growing organisation with accolades for being one of the best places to work.
