Let's talk about the role and responsibilities Provide architecture and operational leadership to your teamAssess, analyse and optimise current infrastructure footprint (network and infrastructure security)Participate in planning sessions to establish standards, architecture, and project initiativesIdentify security vulnerabilities and recommendations and coordinate their remediationDrive continuous improvement and reduction in manual effort by automating deployments and configuration updatesRoot cause analysis and service improvement solutionsLiaise with appropriate teams for development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve major incidentsAdhere to ITIL guidelines for Incident, Problem, and Change ManagementProactively provide team members with information and guidance on engineering methodologies, standards and best practicesHave existing network and infrastructure security certifications Let's talk about the team Our Cloud Infrastructure Services - Managed Services practice brings together the right technology, processes and culture to deliver business agility and cost reduction to our clients. We provide cloud focused delivery services on areas such as hybrid cloud, workplace services, security, and cloud service management/delivery.

Let's talk about your capability and experience Previous experience in working for an MSP or large enterprise companyStrong experience supporting:Cisco WAN, Wireless, Routers and SwitchesF5 Big-IPCheck PointHands on experience on Junos Operating system and exposure to Juniper devices like EX-4200, MX -480's etcExposure to Cisco Nexus platform would be an added advantage - N5K, N7K, N2K'sStrong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to a broad and diverse audienceA hunger for knowledge with the passion to learn about the latest innovations in the industry, which you will enjoy sharing with the wider teamAdaptability to changing environments and workloads.Ability to use own initiative.
