Join us in this newly created Network Administrator role, where you will support and administer the varied Port of Brisbane network and server platforms from world-class vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Cradlepoint, Nutanix, VMWare.
You will also be involved in the physical build and deployment of network infrastructure; logical configuration and maintenance of networks; proactive and reactive network management including issue identification and resolution.
Collaborative, skilled and a problem solver: Here's who we're looking for. You are an experienced Network Administrator, hold certification in relevant technologies (i.e.
CCNA or CCNP) with experience across a range of technologies such as Campus Software Defined Networking; Software Defined Wide Area Networking; Data Centre Networking; Secure Firewalls; VPN Solutions; Identity and Access Control Systems.You get a thrill from troubleshooting, enjoy the variety of office and field base work and are curious and keen to learn new skills and technologies.You're commercially aware and are experienced in sourcing possible solutions and vendor management.You have sound problem-solving and decision-making skills and able to work independently within a small and collaborative team.This bit matters!
