Your Responsibilities: Lead and participate in challenging projects to support business objectives.
Provide Level 3 IT support, swiftly resolving complex technical issues.
Manage and maintain IT operations, ensuring seamless and efficient functioning.
Support server, network, and hardware operations, focusing on Microsoft technologies and VMware Hypervisor.
Utilise your PowerShell scripting and automation skills to optimise system performance.
Skills and Knowledge: A degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience in a similar Level 3 role.
A strong desire to learn and adopt new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience with technologies such as HP, Aruba, VLAN, Microsoft, VMware, VPN, ConnectWise, Windows Server 2012 R2, and Windows Server 2019 R2 (advantageous) Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
