Job Description In this role you will be responsible for the management and ongoing maintenance of the organisation's NetSuite platform, ensuring its stability, security, and optimal performance. You will collaborate closely with different business units, particularly Finance, to understand business requirements and implement solutions within the NetSuite platform. In addition, you will also provide support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, create financial reports and customise NetSuite configurations as needed.More specifically:
Administer and maintain the Oracle NetSuite platform, including user access, roles, and permissions.Configure and customise NetSuite modules to meet business requirements, including but not limited to Financials, CRM, and Inventory Management.Develop and implement custom scripts, workflows, and reports using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimisations to improve efficiency and reliability.Provide training and support to end-users, including creating documentation and conducting training sessions. This role does not offer any sponsorship**This role suits someone from NetSuite Administration background rather than from a development background. This role is heavily focussed on administration, but also functional work, so strong soft skills are also essential. Technical: Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role, with in-depth knowledge of NetSuite functionality and configuration.Strong understanding of ERP principles and processes, particularly in the area of finance.Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics for customisations and automation.Experience with system integrations and data migrationsNetSuite certification(s) such as SuiteFoundation, SuiteAdmin, or SuiteDeveloper is a plus.Behavioural:You put yourself in the customer's shoes when thinking about a problem and its solutionYou're open-minded and adaptable in responding to new challenges and opportunitiesYou demonstrate a love for continually learning and improving your skills and knowledgeExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
