Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 4-6 developers
Roll out, embed, and improve standard development practices across various IT teams
Review code to ensure quality, regulatory compliance, security, and fraud detection
Consistently apply tools, standards, methods, and processes to develop quality applications with maintainable code supporting risk and compliance management
Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, including decreasing build times and increasing automated tests
Prepare and update high-level functional and technical specification documents
Design and develop software solutions according to Group development standards, aiming to provide reliable, stable, and operationally sound applications meeting business requirements
Requirements:
Strong Core .NET skills
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on .NET development experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing a team
Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and relationship management
Understanding of designing database objects (Table, Index, partitions, constraint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative team player
Knowledge of system development life cycle
Knowledge of applications support and development
Ability to work independently or within a team framework
Strong time management, workload management, and organizational skills
