Our Client Woodside are currently seeking a HR Business Partner in Perth for a 12 month contract.
Woodside are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner / Adviser to join our HR team, based in our Perth offices. The role joins our centralised HR Business Partner team, who will support across a range of portfolios and stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Strategic Functional people plans to drive innovation, collaboration and acceleration Culture programs to deliver and manage high performance Supporting line leaders with case management, performance and disciplinary matters Regular cyclical activities including promotions and remuneration reviews Change management frameworks to influence/drive Functional transformation Leadership development and succession planning
The successful candidate will be able to display: Degree qualified in HR or relevant degree (mandatory) Some knowledge of Resources / Energy sectors would be highly beneficial Experience within both Corporate and Operational environments would be highly regarded (but not essential) This role will be required to operate fairly independently so we are seeking someone with considerable demonstrated experience in HR Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to build high-trust relationships Flexibility - a portfolio is not set, so the person could support anything from operating sites to corporate functions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
