About the Role:
NES Fircroft have partnered with a growing Civil Construction company who are looking for a Construction Manager to come on board and lead project activities, fostering a safe, customer-focused, and innovative culture.
You'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of diverse construction and maintenance projects, ensuring safety, quality, timeliness, and cost-efficiency.
Key Requirements:
Proven Leadership and Management Experience: At least 10+ years of Project/Contract Management experience and 4+ years in Construction Management or as a Project Director.
Tertiary Qualification: Relevant qualifications in Business, Engineering, Commerce, HSE, or Construction Management.
Safety and Compliance Expertise: Strong knowledge of HSE practices, safety frameworks, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Commercial and Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, track costs, and ensure financial efficiency across projects.
Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
