Nes Fircroft | Compliance Administrator

NES Fircroft is collaborating with a global leader in the mining industry to find an experienced Compliance Specialist for an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. FIFO from Brisbane to site on a 5/2 roster.
The Compliance Specialist will assist the Compliance Maintenance Lead in ensuring vendor compliance, conducting audits, and monitoring contractor management plans according to the company's contractor management framework. This role also involves auditing and supporting vehicle and tooling compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Weekly MOP KPI reports for vehicles and tooling Weekly contractor audits to CMF requirements Data management of systems for NPI Conduct audits and generate reports on service and embedded contractors Ensure adherence to vehicle and tooling standards and D2 system requirements Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Help stakeholders understand contractor management requirements and processes Monitor contractor CMPs (Contractor Management Plans) for compliance Assist with vendor review meetings, update PowerPoint presentations, take minutes, and update vendor registers Produce and distribute weekly compliance CMF reports for MOP boards Offer support and improvement suggestions to the Maintenance Lead to enhance customer service and CMF processes About You
To be successful in the role you must have a strong background in compliance or contractor management in the mining industry.
Expertise with auditing tools and systems like Auditor and D2 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to create detailed reports and presentations
