has a full time position available for a practising Solicitor or Law Graduate.
The Firm
Nelson Keane & Hemingway is an Established Legal Practice which services a vast area of Western NSW.
The Firm provides Legal Services across most areas of Law, with work predominately undertaken in the following disciplines:
Rural, Commercial and Residential Conveyancing;
Wills, Probate and Estate Matters;
Succession Planning, Business Structuring and Advice;
Litigation & Advocacy;
The Firm consists of six Solicitors plus support staff.
The Position
The position is predominately based in the Firm's Dubbo Office, with the Solicitors from the firm also sharing the workload of a Full Time office in Wellington, and a part time branch office in Narromine.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of matters and will be mentored by the Senior Practitioners of the Firm.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, good analytical skills, and advanced communication skills.
The successful applicant should be self-motivated but will be offered good support in a team environment.
Strong applications from Law Students will also be considered.
Ideally, the position will be filled prior to the Christmas break for the successful candidate to commence in the New Year.
