The Administration Officer supports the day-to-day delivery of Blue Care services within local Neighbourhood teams.
The role provides professional and efficient administrative and logistic support to enable the provision of high-quality client centred care.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers - via phone, email and in person Manage requests, concerns and inquiries Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood Creation of correspondence and documentation as requested Efficiently organise appointments, diaries, travel and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements. Monitor, order and distribute office supplies and arrange for the maintenance/repair of office equipment Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource and other Blue Care systems and databases Use mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate – Advanced skills required) Assist senior staff with special projects as required We encourage our team to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success.
