Permanent Weekday House Mother (Monday Afternoon to Friday Morning including sleepover), commencing Term 1 2025

Selection Criteria Required: Hold a current WWC numberHold a current First Aid and CPR qualificationHold a current Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificationWillingness to undertake the Australian Boarding Schools Association Duty of Care CourseWillingness to adhere to Child Safe StandardsHold a current driver's licenceAble to maintain professional standards in conduct, dress and behaviour at all timesDemonstrate loyalty, confidentiality and support for the school at all timesWillingness to learn and adhere to all School and Boarding House policies, procedures and guidelinesPossess excellent communication skillsAbility to keep accurate and up-to-date records concerning student careUnderstand the importance of maintaining confidentiality with respect to students and their familiesWillingness to undertake continued professional developmentDemonstrate the ability to build positive and professional relationships with students in your carePreferred: Willingness to undergo Mental Health First Aid trainingExperience in a boarding environmentExperience working with adolescentsPlease refer to the attached Job Package for more information.
