The Role In this exciting role you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills and knowledge in the NDIS sector. This role will receive ongoing training and support to establish and maintain a client portfolio. You will assume responsibility for the delivery of services to our NDIS clients. The role will focus on coordinating person-centred supports and helping clients to reach their goals and maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities include: Maintain and apply knowledge around NDIS regulations to ensure operational practices are compliantUtilising the NDIS portal, claims and service plans/agreements to manage client servicesActive involvement in onboarding new clientsBuild effective relationships to maintain client satisfaction and retentionEstablish and maintain professional, client-focused relationships with stakeholdersOffer a hands-on approach with clients and be flexible in the roleDevelop skills in providing advice and consultation to NDIS participants and their families/carersEngage with, support and manage our clients to ensure high-quality service delivery is achieved, and reviews completedUndertake administration and data entry tasks as required to support delivery of servicesContribute to continuous quality improvement of programs and servicesQualifications & Experience Preferred experience in a similar role; however, minimum 2 years' experience in the disability sector as a support worker or similar will be consideredSelf-motivated individual with a passion for growing their careerAbility to work autonomously and as an integral part of a teamExcellent attention to detailExceptional time management skillsCurrent and valid WA Drivers LicenceThe successful candidate will enjoy: Competitive pay rateUse of the company vehicle to visit clientsA friendly supportive teamOpportunities to build wonderful relationships with both clients and other staffIf this opportunity aligns with your aspirations, please submit a resume and cover letter detailing your skills and experience to ******.
