We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented NDIS Plan Manager who will play a critical role in delivering expert NDIS financial management to enhance participant outcomes and ensure the best possible plan support and services to clients with the opportunity to apply knowledge of NDIS financial guidelines to ensure our participants receive the best possible plan support and services.
The Role: Manage end-to-end NDIS Plan Management process including onboarding participants, invoice compliance, accurate and efficient invoice processing within specified timeframes, accurate record keeping and budget monitoring.
Support participants by providing expert NDIS plan utilisation advice regarding claimable supports.
Contact person for internal and external customers, participants, and stakeholders.
Innovate to streamline services and find efficiencies within Plan Management.
About You: Knowledge and experience in NDIS Plan Management.
Understanding of NDIS pricing arrangements and limits.
Experience in using Plan Management CRM, knowledge of MYP is an advantage.
A keen eye for detail and high level of integrity.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Relevant qualification in Finance would be desirable but is not essential.

Competitive salary package in recognition of your qualifications and experience - $67,119 - 72,715 per year pro-rata.
5 weeks annual leave (+17.5% loading) plus paid cultural leave.
