Our operations are expanding, and we are looking for a driven NDIS Operations Manager to lead our efforts in delivering high-quality services.Position OverviewThe NDIS Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of NDIS services, ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements, and leading a team to deliver exceptional participant outcomes. This role will focus on building operational efficiency, service delivery quality, and driving growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management:Oversee and manage the daily operations of NDIS services, including participant intake, service delivery, and coordination of supports.Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards, as well as internal policies and procedures.Lead and manage a team of NDIS support coordinators and staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.Maintain a strong governance framework, including risk management, data security (ISO 27001), and continuous improvement strategies.Collaborate with the Quality and Compliance Manager to ensure 100% compliance in all NDIS audits.Service Delivery:Ensure that participants receive personalised, high-quality support that meets their goals and aspirations.Drive a person-centered approach to service delivery, working closely with participants, their families, and support networks.Coordinate assessments, workplace adjustments, and other services to increase participants' functional capacity and independence.Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain participants, with a focus on improving overall satisfaction and outcomes.Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including participants, their families, community partners, local employers, and government bodies.Work closely with the Disability Advisory Committees (DAC) to ensure services align with the diverse needs of the community and participants.Engage with external providers, including allied health professionals, to ensure comprehensive service provision.Reporting & Financial Management:Monitor financial performance and ensure NDIS services are delivered within budget and in line with financial targets.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of NDIS claims, service hours, and participant data to maintain financial sustainability.Provide regular operational and financial reports to the CEO and Board, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience in a senior operational role within the NDIS or disability services sector.Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and NDIS Practice Standards.Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a high-performance environment with a focus on delivering participant outcomes.Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and compliance in the context of NDIS services.Experience working in culturally diverse settings, preferably with First Nations communities, is highly desirable.Must have a paid WWCC, NDIS Workers Clearance, current First Aid and pass a police check (must have all of these prior to commencement).Skills & AttributesStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strategic thinking with the ability to innovate and implement new ideas for service improvement.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.Commitment to continuous improvement and high standards of service delivery.Your application will include the following questions:Are you legally entitled to work in Australia?Please detail your minimum salary expectations (including super):What is the notice period for your current employment?What motivated you to apply for this position?What relevant skills and experience would you bring to this role?Current Employer: Please list Company name, Position title, Start Date, End date and reason for leaving below:Previous Employer 1: Please list Company name, Position title, Start Date, End date and reason for leaving below:Previous Employer 2: Please list Company name, Position title, Start Date, End date and reason for leaving below:Please provide the name and contact details of your first employment reference:Please provide the name and contact details of your second employment reference:
