HCA has an undeniable commitment to its people and finding opportunities that help them achieve their goals.The Role:In this role, you'll lead a dedicated team of Team Leaders to manage and guide support staff to ensure a consistent high standard of operations, compliance, and care, while also working to foster partnerships and create connections that will expand HCA's impact. Key responsibilities in this role will include:Supporting Team Leaders in managing the daily operations of service delivery in our SIL homes and Community Access.Recruitment of staff and Team Leaders as required.Managing compliance within services.Networking to promote brand recognition and customer growth.What We're Looking For:A background in NDIS management and leadership, even if your experience is limited.Familiarity with complex care support, supported independent living, community access, and capacity-building supports including group-based.A passion for empowering others and helping them achieve their goals.Strong communication skills and a proven track record of successful outcomes utilizing these skills.Ability to network confidently and bring on new participants.Understanding of NDIS documentation, legislation, and compliance - even if your experience is limited.Professional Development, Growth & Upskilling:HCA is committed to our people and believes in investing time, energy, and effort into the professional development, growth, and upskilling of all our staff including our leaders.
